Anyone who has missed the last couple of years of video gaming history on the Playstation 3 might well be wondering which were the best video games to be published on it. The Ps3 features such a sizable collection of games that knowing which of them to go for can be quite a tough decision. Right here is my own, personal list of the very best three video games to have been published. I have lost track of the amount of time I’ve spent enjoying these games suffice to say there was many late nights hoping to get that final elusive trophy.

Number three on the list is Red Dead Redemption. At long last cowboys finally got a game title that’s worthy of them. Rockstars hallmark of a giant world to explore, open game play as well as many hundreds of missions to complete make this among the best video games ever. If you ever dreamed of being a cowboy buy this game.

Fallout 3 is the next video game on the list. Fallout New Vegas might have just been published but it doesn’t have quite the same magic about it as Fallout 3. This is one game which I will never get tired of and as soon as I complete a run through I begin a brand new one with a fresh character build. Simply one word for this game-awesome.

Selecting which of the many Playstation 3 games I have played was my favourite was an incredibly hard decision. Here are a couple of games that did not quite make it on to the list: Heavy Rain, Uncharted 2, Bioshock and Deadspace. All of them are excellent game titles and worthy to go on any list.

However there can only be one winner and that is the amazing Metal Gear Solid 4. Unquestionably the best game ever to appear on a games console at any time ever. Spectacular graphics, fantastic storyline with cinematic cut-scenes along with an excellent online mode that will keep any gamer happy for months. This game is the supreme mix of shooting, stealth and action and definitely will keep you returning for more. With MGS 5: Rising scheduled for release next year the future is brilliant. I can’t wait.
